It all began in the early 1990s in Luton, England, where the Exodus Collective grew Skunk #1 seeds from the Netherlands. One plant stood out with a distinctly cheesy smell: Cheese was born. Later stabilized by Big Buddha Seeds, it was then crossed by American breeders with gentler genetics. Cheesecake is the result of this work: the character of Cheese, softened like a dessert.
Cream, sugar, and pepper
When you open the pouch, a musky, creamy aroma takes over, with a slight tang of fresh cheese. The sweetness quickly comes through. Break open a bud and caryophyllene releases a peppery warmth that complements this indulgent base. The buds are dense and medium green, with bright orange pistils and a clearly visible coating of trichomes.
