Vapes CBG

What exactly is CBG?

CBG, or cannabigerol, is often nicknamed the “mother” cannabinoid of hemp. Why the nickname? Because the plant uses its acidic form to make the other cannabinoids, including CBD. Basically, it’s the starting point for the whole family.

For a long time, it stayed in the shadow of its more famous descendants. Today, it’s finding its way into vapes for those who want to venture off the beaten path and try something other than the classic.

CBG or CBD: what changes in your vape?

Practically speaking, nothing changes: same vape pen, same magnetic cartridge, same routine. The difference lies in the distillate itself, rich in CBG rather than CBD, and therefore in the composition of what you inhale.

Many vapers like to keep it handy to switch things up, alternating it with their usual cartridges. Everyone makes up their own mind: the idea is to explore, not follow a set recipe.

Why is CBG rarer than CBD?

Because the plant doesn’t keep it for long. As hemp grows, it transforms most of its CBG into other cannabinoids. By harvest time, only a small amount usually remains.

To obtain a distillate that contains a lot of it, you need suitable varieties and extraction methods. That’s what makes it a little different, almost a collector’s curiosity in the world of hemp.

Which variety pairs well with CBG?

We’ve put together five profiles for you. Team citrus? Lemon Haze smells like freshly squeezed lemon, while Orange Bud leans toward ripe orange. Prefer flavors with a bit of character? Jack Herer brings resinous, peppery notes.

Amnesia has a wilder profile, with notes of damp earth and a tangy hint, while Banana Cream is reminiscent of a banana milkshake. A good tip: choose a flavor you already enjoy in CBD to better appreciate what CBG brings to the mix.

Is your current battery compatible with CBG cartridges?

If you already have one of our vape pens, yes: CBG cartridges use exactly the same magnetic system. Click one into place and vape, then switch to a CBD or CBN cartridge whenever you like, without changing your device.

New to this? Get a complete vape pen, which comes with a rechargeable battery. Once you’ve finished the first cartridge, you’ll just need to buy refills in whichever variety you like.

Is CBG legal in France?

Yes, provided the product complies with the legal limit of less than 0.3% THC. CBG is not classified as a narcotic, and our distillates are formulated to stay within the legal limits.

Like any vape, this is for adults over 18 only. Don’t vape before driving, and keep your cartridges away from curious little hands and your cat’s paws.
